Wiltrud Heiss is a Director of Credit Suisse in Zurich. She is working as a Senior ESG-Strategist in the Global ESG Competence Center being part of the Sustainability Strategy, Advisory and Finance department within the newly created Sustainability, Research & Investment Solutions (SRI) division headed by Lydie Hudson. The Global ESG Competence Center defines the Sustainability Investing Framework for the bank, assuming responsibility for market interest in more sustainable investments, targeting a bank wide ESG integration into research and investment processes and responding to regulatory requirements, in particular from the European regulator. Mrs. Heiss headed the regulatory implementation team for new derivative regulations in her prior role at Credit Suisse. Before working for Credit Suisse, she was Co-founder and Managing Partner of a private equity firm for four years, concentrating on distressed SMEs. Her deep financial markets and product understanding comes from nearly twenty years working for the Investment Banks Deutsche Bank, Frankfurt, and Citigroup Inc., London, as head of Corporate Multi Product teams, Insurance, Pensions and Structured Solutions Teams and on mandates for special transactions with M&A for various clients including hedge funds.
Mrs. Heiss holds a BA (Hons.) in European Business Administration from ESB Business School of Reutlingen University, Germany and Middlesex University, London. She recently accomplished a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Humanitarian Action at CERAH, a JV of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and the University of Geneva.

Jonathan Jenkins is Head of Equity Sales and Prime Distribution for Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong. He is a Managing Director within APAC Markets and joined Credit Suisse in 2007. He was formally CEO of Credit Suisse Securities (Singapore) Ltd, Head of South Asia Equity Sales and Head of Hong Kong Equity Sales.
Mr. Jenkins has covered institutional clients in Asian equities since 1996 based in London, Jakarta, Singapore, Hong Kong and San Francisco. He holds a degree from the University of Cambridge.
Head of ESG Research Asia, Credit Suisse
Phineas joined Credit Suisse in April 2018 as Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) research in Australia, and was recently appointed to lead ESG research for the APAC region. He was previously Head of ESG research at Macquarie Bank and his career has spanned investment research, fund management and ESG specialisms. Phineas co-founded the UK Investor Forum, a membership organisation now representing institutions with c. £14 trillion global AuM. He previously headed up collective shareholder engagement on behalf of fund managers at the ABI, worked on the buy-side as an equity analyst at The Co-operative Asset Management and had spells as a senior adviser to EY. Phineas holds a BA from Brunel University in business management and economics and an MSc from Birkbeck College, University of London in business strategy, economics and the environment.

Jasmine Pong is a Director at Credit Suisse and Head of Equities, Singapore. She joined Credit Suisse in 2011 and manages the Singapore equity product and business lines as well as the Regional sales team. Under her leadership, Credit Suisse has received top rankings with major clients and achieved consistent high rankings in McLagan and II Surveys. She sits on the Credit Suisse Singapore Women’s Network Committee, APAC Mentoring Committee and Global ESG Committee.
Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Jasmine was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley where her career spanned over 13 years. She was responsible for the Singapore equity product in addition to being a Regional Salesperson. She started her career in Equities in 1994 as a Research analyst at Kay Hian James Capel, covering Singapore Industrials, Food & Beverage and Property sectors. She also spent 2 years as an equities salesperson there before joining Morgan Stanley.
Jasmine worked at Price Waterhouse, London from 1990- 1993 where she trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), before transferring to Price Waterhouse Singapore. She graduated with BSc Economics (Hon) from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1990.

Aaron is a Managing Director within Duff & Phelps’ Compliance and Regulatory Consulting (CRC) division in Hong Kong and Singapore, where Aaron works closely with financial institutions, assisting them in meeting their regulatory, compliance and investor stakeholder requirements and expectations.
Working with regulated entities across Asia Pacific, Aaron’s expertise includes Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, US and other APAC clients where he specializes in rules and regulations relating to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, US Securities and Exchange Commission, US National Futures Association as well as the Singapore Monetary Authority of Singapore, among others.
Aaron has previous experience with multiple in-house roles within Asia and the United States, with a focus on regulatory requirements and regulated activities, mock audits, operational due diligence on behalf of US and global institutional investors (State Pensions, Endowments, SWFs), licensing, internal compliance policies and procedures as well as regulatory inspections and enforcement actions.

Grace is a strong advocate for digital innovation, investments and critical infrastructural transformation. She is a payments specialist and has advised digital assets exchanges and brokers, stored value facilities, merchant acquirers, and other trade finance and e-commerce companies in relation to licensing and payments services regulations in Asia. Grace sits on the board of Singapore's key blockchain association, ACCESS, and is part of the AML Working Group of GDF.
Grace leads the firm's regulatory fintech initiatives in Asia, and is a certified cybersecurity (GLEG) and data privacy (CIPP/A/E, CIPM) professional and has spearheaded multijurisdictional projects relating to privacy compliance, data transfers, data retention and cybersecurity readiness. She is an IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy, and sits on the IAPP Women Leading Privacy Board where she is the key representative for Asia.
Grace brings a strategic outlook from an in-house perspective having worked as counsel in the Global Internal Investigations Group in the Hong Kong headquarters of a global financial institution. She is a member of the Anti-Money Laundering Committee of the Law Society of Singapore, and is part of the Derivatives Reporting Working Group in AIMA.

Samantha is a Prime Consultant for Credit Suisse. She advises established and emerging hedge funds on their business needs as they build an institutional platform to attract and retain global investors. Prior to joining the bank in 2019, Samantha served as a senior relationship manager for Bloomberg since 2010. She managed accounts across Tier 1 Banks, Hedge Funds and Family Offices to deliver bespoke desktop and enterprise solutions. She executed successful sales strategies to grow revenue base and managed a team on the help desk. Samantha holds a Bsc Management degree from University of Warwick.

Alex heads Castle Hall’s business in Australia and lead’s the firm’s activities in the broader Asia Pacific region. Alex has almost 20 years’ experience in the investment management industry and prior to that worked in a leading London law firm. Alex was joined Atlas Capital, a UK based fund of funds, in 2002, becoming Group Legal Counsel in 2005, before moving to found Orchard Harbour, a specialist in Asia-Pacific hedge funds, in 2007. Alex joined Select Asset Management as COO in 2012, and thereafter lead business strategy within OneVue, upon OneVue’s acquisition of Select in 2014. Alex is a qualified Solicitor and a Barrister in England & Wales having completed the Bar at the College of Law in London. Nicolas joined AXA Investment Managers in December 2005 as a Senior Strategy Analyst and has worked on Hedge Funds and Impact Investing strategies.
