Delivery responsibility for client contracts

Ensure execution of WI scope of activity incl

Oversees a team of technology hardware supply and repair services within assigned areas of responsibilities

Develop and maintain short and long term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures

Provide strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified policies, practices, and procedures

Manage, coach and provide day to day leadership to team members

Coordinate and align processes with other departments involved with the management of Client Hardware including Engineering, Finance and Purchasing

Maintain accurate asset information in Asset Management Systems for budgeting and hardware compliance reporting

Coordinate activities with multiple vendors and hold them accountable for services & service levels contracted using data and reporting

Workload study to determine material planning and funding requirements

Logistics study to determine network sustainment requirements

Execution of Repair & Overhaul License(s) or Implementation Agreement(s)

Execution of Warehousing, Packing, Handling, Shipping and Transportation Agreement(s)

Communicate updates to partners on Program roadmap, status and identified issues/risks

Prepare and administer documentation on processes, procedures & status of Hardware Lifecycle Management projects

Responsibilities for depot manager

• Experience with Earned Value Management and SAP or Manufacturing Resource Planning systems preferred
• 5-7+ years’ experience in Operations and maintenance, project/facilities management, process design and/or warehouse management
