Salaried, Corporate, & Support Roles

Corporate & Support Roles including but not limited to the following positions: Asset Protection, Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, Customer Service Representative, DC Area Supervisor or Manager position, Delivery Driver, Outside Sales & Service or PRO team position, or Store Support Center roles such as Administrative Assistant, Store & Supply Chain Operations, Marketing and Communications roles, Technology roles, and more. To check the application status of your application to one of these roles, please follow the steps below.

Drivers and driver helpers are the main point of contact for customers and store associates during orderpickups and deliveries. They deliver products from warehouses or storesdirectly to customers. Whether it’s appliances, equipment, or cleaning supplies, they’llmake sure that customers get what they needsafely and on time.​

Who are our customers?
Our customers range from local businesses, Pro contractors,and larger companiesto online shoppers and individuals who place orders in-store. A driver’s route could include a businesslocation, a distribution center, a rental operations facility,or a customer’s home.

Does this job have a starting age?
Yes, a driver and a driver helper must be at least 21 years old.

What experience is required?
To become a driver or a driver helper, you need tohave excellent customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and a clean drivingrecord. In some instances, drivers will be required to have CDL certification.​

Do all drivers need to have a CDL certification?
No. We have a variety of non-CDLdriver positions, including: a Delivery Driver, Driver Helper, Delivery ServiceTechnician, Yard Driver, and Mobile Service Technician.

What does a driver helper do?
A driver helper supports the driver by helping to ensure the team operates safely when completingstore and customer calls, pickups, and deliveries. Driver helpers will train to be non-CDL drivers and drive 20% of the time.
