Jungle Theme – This is one of our favourite themes, and not because we like it but because most of the kids like it. This is a theme which will not only make kids enjoy but will also send you all back to your childhood. Keep the colour green and yellow for the decor. The lights should also be more of yellow and green to give it a perfect feel of the jungle. And to make it look exactly like the jungle, the cut-outs, posters, balloons, stickers of animals and trees should be placed. The man dressed in animal costumes to make it look more realistic, some rides to add more adventure to the jungle theme. Again, you can keep a cake with an animal face, be it a lion, an elephant or even a rabbit will work.
Carnival Theme or Rainbow Theme – So, preferably we will suggest you go for carnival theme as it will have more varieties and fun activities. We mentioned here rainbow theme as you can mix and match the two themes. As you all know that carnival is full of colours, so why not to get the rainbow theme mixed with it. Or else if you just want the carnival theme, you can arrange the different party lights, carnival posters, cut-outs, balloons, and frames of carnival theme for clicking selfies. Props like different types of headgear's and different funny glasses, eyes and face masks, etc. Based on the carnival theme only you can get the customised cake, eatables and other gifts related to it. Disney Theme – It is kid’s all-time favourite theme. We can make it look like a small Disneyland for the kids. Decorate the space with everything related to characters of Disney. You can use polka dot pattern clothes or can place posters of Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, etc. on the walls. Emoji Theme – This is a new theme and is completely entertaining also because of so many expressions. From the poker face to the laugh out loud face, the wink face to the angry face, the crazy face to the lost in thoughts face and many others. You will not have to think much about the colour also as you can keep it all yellow. Or else, you can simply stick the emoji posters and stickers on walls or other places. With the emoji theme, you can have as many emoji cut-outs for the photo shoot. Keep different masks or props like a crown, star-shaped glasses, heart-shaped glasses, moustaches, tongue out cut-out, etc. There is nothing better than an emoji cake either of a wink face or of a smiling face or any other emoji. Minions Theme – It is a not so new theme but is very popular among both kids and the elders. So, along with the kids, even their parents or guardians will be able to enjoy the event. Decorate it using the yellow and dark blue colour. You can even keep the dress theme minions colour for kids. Kids will love to get clicked with the minion cut-outs and frames. And 1 or 2 minion dressed men will add more fun to the event. Minion face cake, minion shape water bathtub, minion face cup-cakes, and such things related to minions will make the kid's party lively. Few tips
- When it comes to decoration part, make sure you use everything of the same colour or of the colour related to the theme. Balloons, ribbons, lights, they all should be in synchronisation with each other.
- There must be one or two anchors also for hosting the event. Along with the anchors, you will also need some volunteers or coordinators throughout the event. As you may need them for welcoming the kids, organising the games, and even at times for handling kids.
- Along with the cake, do keep some snacks, water, fruit juices, chocolates, and of course some eatables also for kids and if parents are there then for them as well.
- Keep prizes for the winners of the games and for activities like ramp walk, fashion show, painting competition, etc.
- Most important, plan everything from welcome to the end of the event in advance, to avoid any last-minute trouble.
- You should also keep the giveaways like the chocolates or the colour kits for the kids.
- Make sure, you have all the games with you which you are going to conduct and all the stuff for the activities also.
