What is HUD NPMA-99B?

The HUD NPMA-99B form is a termite-related document. It is submitted for the informational purpose to the builder on new (proposed) construction when soil treatment for the prevention of subterranean termite infestation is specified by the builder, architect or required by the lender, FHA, or VA. It is also known as the New Construction Subterranean Termite Service Record.

Who is responsible for completing the HUD NPMA-99B form?

Unlike the HUD-NPMA 99A, It is filled up by the pest control company. Then the pest control company submits it to the builder to accompany the HUD-NPMA-99A to closing.
