Please check the reasons below to avoid debit card transaction failures:
- Card details entered are incorrect ( Card number, card expiry and CVV)
- Incorrect OTP / Incorrect VBV Verified by Visa password
- Make sure you have your registered Mobile number with you as OTP will be delivered on the registered number only
- Check your transactions to ensure you haven't crossed the daily online transaction limit of your debit card.
- Your Card is Temporarily blocked, please unblock it through below channels:
- Net banking
- Mobile Banking
- SMS <DCUNBLOCK xxxx (last four digit of your debit card number)> to 5676788 OR 9971056767 from your registered mobile number
