How to Invest in Quant Mutual Funds?

  • Sign up to create an account: If you are an existing Scripbox member, Sign in with your details. When you sign in, a list of different investment options will appear on your screen. Scripbox allows investors to select the payment option. You can select “Every month SIP” or “One-time payment” option depending on your cash flow. The investment amount can be as per your financial goal and cash flow. Click on the “See Recommended Funds” to proceed for investment.
  • Check the Plan and Fund Allocation: A list of mutual funds to invest online and the allocated amount for the selected plan is shown on this page. Read the details before proceeding ahead. If you wish to change the fund or amount, you can do that by clicking on the option, “I want to change Funds/ Amount.” Now click on the”Next” button to make the payment.
  • Bank Details and Money Transfer: In the last step, you need to enter the bank account and PAN details. Scripbox provides a secure environment for payment. A bank account is used for investing and crediting the redemption proceeds only.

KYC Required To Invest In Quant Mutual Fund

KYC stands for “Know Your Customer”. It helps in identifying an investor through relevant documents. SEBI has prescribed certain guidelines for KYC. An investor has to fulfil the KYC procedure before investing in a SEBI registered mutual fund companies. A KYC form will include details of identity, address, financial status, occupation, and demographic information.

How to Download a Quant Mutual Fund Investment Statement?

The following steps help you download the Quant mutual fund investment statement using the Scripbox App:

  • Download and login to the Scripbox application
  • In the ‘Profile’ page, select ‘Investment History’ option
  • Click on ‘Email Me’. An email with a link to download your Scripbox Investment History will be sent to your registered email address. You can get the statement by clicking on the link.

The excel statement includes the following details:

  1. Orders Tab: It has the following information: folio number, investor name, fund name, amount invested, units allocated, NAV, STT and purpose.
  2. Current Holding Tab: This section has the following details: fund name, number of units, current value of the investment, folio number and purpose.
