Funds may be delayed or services unavailable based on certain transaction conditions, including amount sent, destination, country, currency availability, regulatory issues, identification requirements, Agent location hours, differences in time zones, or selection of delayed options. For To a Bank transfers, bank participation and bank hours of operation, including local and bank holidays, and bank rules concerning availability of funds (collectively, “Restrictions”). To a Bank transfers will generally be credited to qualifying bank accounts at destination banks within 5 banking days after the money is sent, subject to Restrictions. Transactions: (i) that exceed certain amounts; (ii) to certain destinations; (iii) that implicate certain regulatory issues; or (iv) sent through delayed options may take longer, be subject to dollar limits or be subject to additional Restrictions. - In Minutes is available for payout in over 200 territories and countries worldwide
- To a Mobile Phone is available for money transfers from the U.S. to Globe GCASH and Smart Money subscribers in the Philippines.
- Next Day is only available for transfers sent within the continental U.S. except to Arizona, P.O. Boxes, correctional facilities and U.S. military bases. Maximum send limit $500/day/card account.Money is delivered to receiver’s home or work via FedEx and arrives on a Western Union® MoneyWiseTM Visa Prepaid Card* the next business day. Subject to FedEx Express delivery schedule.
Transfers sent Mon-Thurs by 9:30 p.m. CT to qualifying major metropolitan areas in the continential US will be delivered the next day. Transfers sent on Fridays by 9:30 p.m. CT to major metropolitan areas in the continential US will be delivered on Mondays. Transfers sent on Sat or Sun by 9:30 p.m. CT to qualifying major metropolitan areas in the continential US will be delivered on Tuesdays.
