Providing you and your customers with a simpler, safer, and better way to conduct online payments has been our mission since the first day on the market. In pursuing further expansion and development, we now join forces with Shift4 - a New York Stock Exchange traded company founded in 1999 and based in North America.
What will change for merchants?
We took care to ensure that merchants enjoyed the same outstanding experience as before.
Will I have to sign a new contract?
No. Your contract will remain valid.
Will I be able to use my dashboard and my account?
Yes. You will have access to the same features as before, leaving user experience that gives you the flexibility to operate.
Who should I contact if any problems arise?
As always, our passionate team is at your service. We change the company name, thus, email addresses. The team remains the same.
Will I work with the same support team?
Yes. You will continue to work with the same people in our company you have in the past.
How should I log in?
The same way you did before - you use the same login and password. The only thing that has changed is the dashboard address.
How will this impact the services or products?
You will still have access to all the products and services we have offered so far. The biggest advantage for you is that we’ll expand our payment services to new markets (USA and others), offering you global coverage and more payment options. There are many new services and areas of expertise we will be able to provide you in the future.
Will the fee structure change?
No. Nothing changes; the fees will remain as before.
